Terms of Service & Legal Disclosure

1. Engagement of Services & Escrow

By engaging ArrowTech Marketing, clients acknowledge that all digital asset acquisitions and deployments facilitated by ArrowTech are subject to final verification. All services rendered, including initial infrastructure architecture and technical audit phases, are non-refundable upon commencement. High-value asset transfers will be conducted strictly via verified third-party escrow.

2. Due Diligence & Limitation of Liability

ArrowTech Marketing performs rigorous technical audits, security hardening, and system optimization. However, the client retains full responsibility for final legal, trademark, and regulatory compliance of their respective assets. ArrowTech provides technical advisory and infrastructure development; it does not provide legal counsel. ArrowTech is held harmless for third-party platform fluctuations, search engine algorithm updates, or market depreciation of acquired assets.

3. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

Discretion is the foundation of our architecture. Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all M&A targets, proprietary data, and strategic deployments. All custom scouting methodologies, scraping automation, software scripts, and internal market algorithms remain the exclusive intellectual property of ArrowTech Marketing unless explicitly transferred in writing. Reverse-engineering or unauthorized disclosure of ArrowTech infrastructure is strictly prohibited.

4. Performance & API Dependencies

ArrowTech utilizes edge-networks, cloud-native hosting (Cloudflare Pages), and third-party APIs to deliver high-velocity infrastructure. We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or latency caused by external vendor outages, changes to third-party terms of service, or unauthorized client-side modifications to the deployed codebase.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes arising from services performed shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in Maricopa County.
